You might have a lot of success with simple cheap traps for rats which are just basic simple wooden traps with a piece of resort and metal that is designed to snap in case it is being touched. Nothing special and in most of the cases like 3 out of 9 rats fall for something like this because they realize that sooner or later they’ll have to get the food that you used for luring. The rat will eventually start looking at your trap and when hunger strikes, believe me, they’ll come and you are going to catch it and reap the rewards.
